• Perform QC review on application development projects, make sure the use of procedure designed in project team to achieve and maintain a specified quality criteria. Set up automation tools standard and guideline, push forward automation tools implementation with training and guidance to project team. Drive DevOps implementation in company. Implement process improvement activities.

  Roles and Responsibilities:

  -QC review (50%):

1. Perform Quality Control review to application development projects on delivery quality especially on deliverables quality, help project team prevent potential quality risk and remediate quality issue in time at early stage.

2. Joint with SEPG to provide training or consultant like process, standard automation tools, developing security standard and etc before project start

3. Review project activity based on project defined process during project execution, review quality of project deliverables (e.g. requirement’s traceability, release audit), use SonarQube performing code analysis and generate report for project team’s remediation, review quality KPI figure’s data input accuracy, raise Technology comments to selected area based on QC’s knowledge domain like development, test, project management and etc

4. Endorse all the quality related elements in the exit criteria of each project phase before project enters next phase; endorse all quality related metrics figures in the regular progress report before it is issue to project’s stakeholders

5. QC finding will be reported to project’s function head (FH) periodically. QC will arrange regular meeting with FH and QAG leaders together to review QC work. QC need follow up the findings’ remediation status to be closure

-DevOps and automation tools (50%)

1. Study and introduce industry automation tools into company as standard tool. Set up corresponding guideline and process and provide training to application team.
2. Drive the DevOps implementation in company.
3. Defining plan of process improvement activity and lead the execution and make sure the outcome.
4. Implement other process improvement related activities

Requirement:

1. Education: University degree or above, major of Computer software, Communication or Automation

2. Experience: 3-5 years of application development experience; 1-3 years DevOps experience on large or middle scale online system; 3-5 years and above of software development lifecycle process improvement or Quality Assurance experience.

3. Skills:

   • Deep understanding on DevOps, with practice on at least one of below: CI, CD, Automated deployment, automated testing.

   • Be familiar with at least one CI tool. E.g., Jenkins.

   • Deep understanding on OOAD with good development skill.

   • Be familiar with CMMI/SDLC; Has firm and clear principle on project quality control;

   • With CISA / CSQA certification is preferable

   • Work in a planned way. Strong accountability and executive ability.

   • Good Command of both read-written and oral English; Good presentation skills;

   • Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem-solving skills; Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with staff & leaders

   • Proactive self-study awareness and outstanding self-study capability
