1. Job Purpose
Ensures all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and provides the client with a high quality service. Drive Continuous improvements. Promotes teamwork, provides employees with coaching and feedback for a small/medium size team. Networks with other functions

2. Key Result Areas
Financial Task
? Organize and manage the accounting and data processing functions for reliable, timely administration and reporting in alignment with statutory and group requirements.
? Ensure the implementation and respect of internal control procedures in payment and asset management.
? Ensure the delivery of high quality, customer focused accounting service to other CG entities in China.
? Work with external/internal auditors to complete the statutory audit, annual tax filing and internal audit.
? Provide accounting data per management’s or other parties’ request.
Internal Process Management
? Ensure all process targets meet client’s SLA, e.g.: accuracy, turn-around time, timeliness of processing etc.
? Develops new processes and methods, proactively develops and implements efficiency improvements
? Provide accurate reporting timely, such as OAE report, Clarity report etc.

People Management
? Demonstrates a management style that balances business & people management objectives
? Defines the need for new resources within a business context
? Delegates to others as required to achieve business goals
? Promotes teamwork, coaches and guides others, Able to organize development for others
? Responsible for managing staff issues (timesheets, recruitment, managing overtime, holidays, appraisals, promotions, sickness, training, regular team meetings, etc.).

1) Skill
? Fluent in written and spoken English;
? Be familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word...)

2) Education / Academic Background
? University degree or above holder, major in Finance, Accounting or Business Management related

3) Knowledge
? In depth knowledge in national and international accounting and financial standards.
? In depth knowledge in China tax regulations.

4) Experience
? At least 6 years of general ledger and corporate finance experience.
? At least 3 years of people management experience
? Strong leadership and influencing skill
