• Independently applies project management principles and concepts to determine best courses of action for assigned operations projects.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), production cutover sanity test to ensure system readiness.
• Applies good understanding of how the system enhancement interacts with operations areas to accomplish objectives of efficient & effective application processing and operation in Credit Initiation(CI) team.
• Monitors all project phases by assessing areas for improvement, analyzing and/or evaluating current processes and data.
• Communicates by exchanging information in a concise and logical way, while being sensitive to audience diversity. Requires strong inter-personal skills, significant coordination with related units are required.
• Supports the operation control for an expansive range of activities that help mitigate organizational impact or loss.

Experience:

• Prior work experience in a related job that would provide a good understanding of activities, policies and procedures.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in consumer lending business for handling unsecured products is preferable.
• Desirably 3 years related activities.

Other requirement:

• Willing work over time to support tight schedule of UAT completion on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday where necessary.
• Support system cutover on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday where necessary.
