Assistant E&I engineer 助理電儀工程師

Main Tasks崗位職責(zé)：

1. Assist superior to implement the maintenance work of E&I equipment

   協(xié)助上級進(jìn)行全廠電氣儀表的檢修與維護(hù)工作

2. Assist E&I engineer to develop the preventive maintenance plan and supervise the implementation for E&I equipment

   協(xié)助電儀工程師建立電儀設(shè)備預(yù)防性維修計劃并監(jiān)督實施

3. Response and handle the urgent failure

   工廠電儀設(shè)備突發(fā)故障的緊急響應(yīng)及處理；

4. Root cause analysis for equipment failure and optimize the related SOP and equipment to prevent the similar failure

   分析故障根本原因并預(yù)防再次發(fā)生，改善相關(guān)SOP和設(shè)施；

5. Develop the maintenance/project construction plan and supervise the safety & quality performance

   編制維修/項目施工方案，對維修/項目安全、質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督；

6. Develop and improve the E&I equipment management files, revise them if necessary

   建立、健全電儀設(shè)備管理檔案，并適時修改維護(hù)負(fù)責(zé)管理檔案資料和技術(shù)資料；

7. Manage the contractors and spare parts

   管理承包商和備件等維修資源；

8. Develop training materials and conduct training to maintenance technicians and operators

   編制培訓(xùn)課件，對維修技術(shù)員及操作工進(jìn)行相關(guān)培訓(xùn)；

9. Assistance on ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 and AIMS

   協(xié)助完成ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001及AIMS體系相關(guān)工作

10. Other maintenance works

    負(fù)責(zé)其他維修相關(guān)事宜。

Requirements招聘要求：

1. Must have college or above background in electrical, instrumentation, mechanical &electrical or equivalent

   必須電氣、儀表、機(jī)電大專及以上學(xué)歷

2. Must have at least two years E&I maintenance experience in chemical plants, prefer to have batch equipment maintenance experience or foreign chemical plants experience 必須有兩年以上化工廠機(jī)械維修工作經(jīng)驗，最好有批次工藝設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗和外資化工廠工作經(jīng)驗

3. Must be familiar with E&I equipment, strong knowledge on the HV/LV and field instruments

   必須熟悉電儀設(shè)備，對高低壓設(shè)備和現(xiàn)場儀表有很深的了解

4. Must have teamwork spirit

   必須有團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神

5. Good command to read and write in English, prefer to be able to communicate in English

   必須能用英文進(jìn)行讀寫相關(guān)工作文件，最好能用英文溝通

6. Be familiar with MS office, prefer to be able to use AutoCAD

   熟悉MS OFFICE，最好會使用AutoCAD

7. Basic knowledge on E&I industrial codes and standards

   基本了解相關(guān)電儀類工業(yè)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

8. Prefer to have the experience on E&I equipment failure cause analysis

   最好有電儀類設(shè)備故障分析經(jīng)驗

9. Prefer to have the experience of maintenance plan and project managemen

   最好有維修計劃經(jīng)驗和項目管理經(jīng)驗
