崗位職責(zé):

-To provide operational risk guidance and advice to HSS functions operating out of the relevant Operational Service Centre (OSC)
-To undertake the responsibilities of Business Risk and Control Management (BRCM) in their role as the first line of defence, ensuring that risks and associated controls are being assessed adequately and Internal Control Monitoring Plans are completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Group requirements.
-Oversee incident management and ensure operational losses and near misses are recorded and escalated to senior management in accordance with operational procedures.
-Ensure appropriate governance in respect of operational risk management is in place and operating effectively through leadership and representation at Risk and Control Committee where required key risk indicators are communicated and discussed with senior management.
-Drive BRCM initiatives and ensure Global Standards and Functional Instruction Manual requirements are being applied in the Operational Service Centre
-Represent HSS Operational Service Centre and be the central point of contact for BRCM activities with Business Partners.

-Degree holder preferably with at least 3 years’ operational risk management, internal control or audit experience in fund administration industry
-Regulatory and/or Compliance experience will be an advantage
-Solid organisation, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and set right priorities to deliver results on time
-Strong supervisory, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate with both external and internal customers at all levels
-Pro-active, service-oriented and responsive to duties, with a good control of emotion
-Excellent command of both spoken and written English a must
