Responsibilities:

• Service management of existing systems (financial systems, various applications) to ensure system stability (application system stability > 98%) and availability (application system availability > 99%).
• Continuous improvement of existing IT services to calibrate, analyze, implement recommendations, land, test and maintain new internal and external service requirements
• Maintaining good customer relationships (with business departments, market finance teams) and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with all parties to solve problems and follow up the progress of project work
• Support various types of internal and external projects and provide professional project management, technical consultation and support services

Relevant Experience & Requirement:

• Graduation of Bachelor degree or above;
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules;
• More than two years of operation and maintenance, project and supplier management experience;
• Good communication, teamwork and problem solving skills;
• Familiar with application system development technology and data analysis technology is preferred.
