o    Job Description Summary

The position will be supporting the LPB Segment with business case preparations, investment controlling, and other ad-hoc activities.  The position is separated from the day to day controlling activities in order to ensure adequate and non-cycle constraint support to the project teams.  The position reports to director within the LPB finance team.

o    Job Description

o    Supports and provides periodic management reports and deviation analysis

o    Support annual Target process

o    Involved into investment projects and provides required financial information as IRR, DCF and monitor after approval the spending

o    Coordinate with local SSC team to ensure accurate and timely closing process

o    Provides analysis and reports on standard costs and production variances

o    Perform other duties as assigned

o    Skills

o    Bachelor Degree or above, 5-10 years’ experience in Pharma/Biologics/Chemical/Food Industry.

o    Very strong analytical skills, Familiar with Microsoft office software , VBA skill is beneficial

o    Commercial and business acumen

o    Interpersonal and communication skills to be able to present business cases to senior management and work with multiple stakeholders

o    Ability to lead through influence and thought leadership

o    Good understanding of multiple finance areas (controlling, planning, commercial, tax, treasury, etc.)

o    Proficient use of SAP as ERP system and familiar with BW

o    Project management

o    Excellent communication skill

o    Experience with large construction projects , manufacturing operation and project management
