Communication:

Internal: Must communicate regularly with the other EA team members, aligning the Data architecture with the Business, Integration, Application, Security and Infrastructure architectures

External: Communicate to the LBUs as part of the EA forum on the standards and governance models as they develop and ensure buy in from all. Work with the LBUs IT teams and architects on assigned local initiatives and ensure Group standards are communicated and implemented.

Requirement:

• Undergraduate degree in IT or related function mandatory
• At least 10 years IT experience mandatory
• Insurance or financial services industry experience mandatory
• Significant demonstrable experience working as an Information or Data Architect within a multi-national organization or leading management consultancy mandatory
• Demonstrable experience in defining data architecture, policies and processes, along with design and implementation governance and control processes
• Significant experience of defining and gaining agreement for data architecture and architecting major transformations to deliver primary business capabilities, including Big Data, Datalake, Predictive Analytics, MDM, operational systems, business information and analytical systems
• Solid experience of enterprise architecture and underlying frameworks (such as TOGAF or Zachman) including the development and governing of the architecture principles and standards
• Sound understanding of Project Management methodology
• Fluent  English mandatory, Cantonese and Putonghua preferable
• Experience of working  in different Asia countries preferable
