·          Monitor the daily production of the retention team.

·          Manage hotline or queue performance to ensure service level and abandonment targets are met.

·          Ensure accurate and quality service are delivered to customers.

·          Track retention performance and drive to meet targets.

·          Host team meetings and conduct morning huddle/briefing.

·          Monitor and drive sales performance in the team.

·          Coach, develop and motivate CPO to be proficient in both services and sales.

·          Ensure compliance in every sales call and execute controls to avoid risk.

崗位要求:

·          College graduate with at least 4 years CPO relevant experiences.

·          Fluent in spoken English.

·          Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·          Strong leadership skills and able to motivate staff to deliver services and sales.

·          Good problem resolving and complaint handling skills.

·          Independent, hardworking, self-motivated and good team player.

·          Willing to work overtime/shift duty including holidays.

·          Good knowledge of card products and sales processes.
