Job Description Summary

Manage the operations of warehouse included raw materials, intermediates and finish goods area with different temperature and humidity control.

Leading the Warehouse staff to facilitate the daily work of the warehouse and warehouse logistics.  Accountable for stock control and resolving daily operational issues between Warehouse, Procurement and Production.

Job Description

1. Enforcing Lonza Safety and Quality procedures and standards;

2. Draft local warehousing SOP and WI according to global guidance, support internal or external audit for warehouse;

3. Supervises the receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Inspect raw material and other incoming goods to ensure specification and procedure compliance;

4. Manages staff by preparing work schedules and assigns duties to meet receiving and delivery schedules; establish team KPIs and continually improve team performance;

5.Continually elevate warehouse team capability via planned training, coaching, etc;

6. Maintain stock cycle count schedules and ensure the stock accuracy and minimize the in-house damage;

7. Monitor the SAP daily operation, regularly run the management report as required, and solve the system issue as key user.

8. Others tasks assigned by leader.

We expect

• Junior college or Bachelor degree, with major in warehousing, logistics etc.
• 5-10 years of related experience in Biological or Pharma industry;
• Workable English, can use English as working language;
• Familiar with SAP WM module and the experience as SAP key user;
• Deep understanding in cold chain and working experience in GMP company is preferred;
• Fluent in office software;
