Job Summary:

The Technology Leader will be responsible for managing insurance IT projects, with specific team/project features:

- Fully manage resource team, size around 10 members;

- Will mainly focus on Architect/SA area during development project, but also able to play PM role with assistance;

- Project size around 5FTE, while the team will be responsible to the full cycle(from business requirement discussion, prototype stage, to BAU period after implementation);

- More on mobile/front-end relative development projects.

Responsibilities:

? Communicate with customers to understand business requirement

? Maintain good relationship with business and IT customers

? Prepare project technical design and monitor implementation

? manage multi-projects internally

? Lead the team to develop software applications

? Report to team leader about development status

Qualification:

? Bachelor’s degree (or above) with major in Computer Science or related discipline.

? At least 8 years proven industrial web application development (J2EE) experience

? At least 5 years’ experience in webpage development (Javascripts/Jquery/html5)

? Experience with system design and development (Object Orientated Design).

? Strong time management skills

? Experience with J2EE technologies is preferred, such as Websphere or JBoss

? Excellent communication skills (Good English in reading/writing/speaking)

? Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development is big plus

? Hard and efficient worker

? Good to have insurance business analysis skills

? Able to learn new technologies and apply them quickly
