Responsibilities

1. Support RPA and AI related project, include RPA process evaluation and AI consultant (OCR, chatbot and so on).

2. Help to identify tasks with automation/AI potential together with business teams and customers

3. Help to provide suitable solutions or application

4. Develop the automation in a given RPA tool per best practices

5. Involve AI tech in project.

6. Documents thoroughly the whole development process

7. Assist PM to deliver projects on time, within planned budget and required quality level

8. Help to identify technical risk and complexity

9. Active and aggressive in team or project activities qualifications

    

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years development experience with any programming language

2. Familiar with the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML/XPath, Web Service (SOAP), RESTful, VBA, Windows Command Line, Batch(.bat) script.

3. Experience on web application front end development will be treated as an additional advantage.

4. Master at least one of the programming languages such as C#, Java ,VB, Python and so on.

5. Have good understanding in OO design and programming.

6. Experience on Automation Anywhere/UiPath / Blue Prism/NICE is an added advantage.

7. Can communicate with user in Cantonese (Must)

8. Knowledge of database, SQL

9. Good knowledge of software development processes and methods

10. Knowledge of agile development methodologies

11. Communication skills in English, both spoken and written (written at least) is an added advantage.

12. Very strong problem solving and analytical skills
