1. Process Chinese/English data capture and policy inquiry task (40%)

2. Provide efficient and effective service ensuring that our agreed service standards are met (40%)

3. Assist in coaching newly joined staff to achieve training target (10%)

4. Verify data capture and policy inquiry result (10%)

Requirements:

(1 )Performance review with GL/TL

(2 )Share good experience to newly joined staff

2.Education & Experience

(1) High school leaver and above

(2)1-2 years relevant working experience

(3)Experience in Data process will be an advantage

3.Language Skill

English & Cantonese

4.Certifications/licenses

Secondary specialized school

5.Special Skill

(1) Familiar with BPO computer system, Good PC Skills, English typing skill is a must

(2) Ability to work accurately and to precise detail; Good organizational skills and ability to priorities workloads.
