-Job description:

·       Conduct customer survey: Collect distribution list from TSS project team; send survey request to user; collect survey feedback to summary the survey summary report. Need to communicate with customer to get on time survey response. Can do initial analysis according to survey result under guidance.

·       Help extract raw data from PMA and prepare rough reports for AS dashboard

·       Ad hoc tasks assigned by TL.
