1) Solid working knowledge and experience in AIAG 5 core tools - PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

2) Hands-on working experience with Minitab tools application for data analysis.

3) Hands-on experience in Design of Experiment and 6-Sigma method.

4) Expert at 8D methodology and concept for problem solving (RCCA, 3-Way-5-Why analysis, Kepner Tregoe, FTA).

5) Expert in performing Risk assessment( Risk acceptability, Risk control and Risk evaluation) on process, product and system.

6) Hands-on experience in Failure Analysis and Reliability test methods.

7) Expert in defining the appropriate and effective sampling plan.

8) Working knowledge in GP12, CSL1, CSL2, CSL3.

9) Certified auditors for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5.

10) Working knowledge on technical cleanliness - VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2

11) Working knowledge in Cleanroom Classification and control.

12) Working knowledge of Packaging Validation test ( ISTA packaging testing ).

13) Expert in GD&T.

14) Hands-on knowledge and experience in writing FMEA and ***.

15) Experience on Reliability prediction method.

16) Solid knowledge in interpreting drawing and datasheet.

17) Hands-on working experience in PCBA, Box Build and FATP not less than 5 years.

18) Solid working experience in Change Management ( ECN, PCN, MCN, DA ).

19) Working experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).

20) Working experience and knowhow on component material science. ( IC, Plastic, Metal ).

21) Excellent presentation skills (MS office) and communication skills (English) to cater for different categories of audience.
