1. Be familiar with Procurement Process/Policy.
2. Assist in Purchase Request review and approval.
3. Involve in month-end, quarter end and year-end closing (both of statutory and AIA financial year).
4. Analyzing the cost for different teams or details analysis on drill down level and providing regular report to management.
5. Local financial reports and daily tax issues.
6. Assist in variant audit issues to finance manager.
7. Assist in variant IFRS reporting and ad hoc reporting.
8. Assist to preparing budget, following up with the budget approval process.
9. Compliance with Chinese Accounting Law, local taxation and Group internal control policy.

       Others tasks appointed by management.

              

 1. Education: University graduate or above, major in Accounting/ Finance/Law. 

 2. Experience: 1-3 years work experience in Accounting/Auditing. Have knowledge of procurement is preferred. 

 3. Skills:  Good command of English, both in writing and speaking.       

                Good PC skills (excel, word, ppt and etc), smart working. ·         

                Good interpersonal skills. ·        

                Strong accounting/auditing/law knowledges. ·       

                Accounting software operation, such as SAP A/C system.
