職責描述：

? Lead the small team (3~5 people)

? Prepare and review testing case and testing scripts through consistent application of principles of testing

? Execute testing and submit defect to meet deadline with quality

? Provide daily report and escalate issues to meet deadline with quality

? Assist to design test cases according to test requirements

? Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

任職要求：

? Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines

? 5+ years experiences in testing including design testing case, prepare testing environment and test data in functional testing projects

? 2+ years experiences in web system testing

? 1+ years experiences in Oracle or SQL Server

? 1+ years experiences on test lead role

? Good understanding of testing process and methodology

? Good communication for customer relationship maintenance and problem solving

? Master on the test management and defect tool

? Fluent English Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking

? Can work under Pressure
