Qualifications

1) Bachelor Degree or above with major in HR, Administration Management, Psychology or relevant;

2) Over three years of HR work experience in a multinational manufacturing company;

3) Hands on experience in recruiting, training & development and performance management;

4) Familiar with labor laws and regulations;

5) Fluent in English; Knowledge in German is preferred;

6) Proficient PC skills (esp. Excel); Experience with HRM system such as SAP is a plus;

7) Basic understanding of other functional departments and finance is preferred;

8) Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;

9) Team player, open-minded and flexible;

10) Initiative, self-driven and independent; able to work under pressure and multi-tasks;

11) Patient and ready to help people.

Job targets/Area of responsibility

1) Recruitment and staffing of general positions;

2) On-boarding & exit management;

3) Update Organization Chart and Employee Handbook;

4) Training implement based on competency model;

5) Provide assistance to employees for HR related issues, such as social insurance, housing fund etc.;

6) Be in charge of apprentice and internship programs and other HR events such as kids' day;

7) Boost company culture building through Newsletter and other means;

8) Other tasks assigned by Director HR & Admin or Management.
