· 3 years working experience in General Manager Assistant or related, Bachelor Degree in Administration or Business related field
· Active, self-motivate, team player with good communication skills and work effectively under press
· Good command of Microsoft office suite, especially PPT and Excel and good command of English in both written and oral
Your Responsibilities:
1. Update department head and manager's working calendar; organize/coordinate meeting schedule of DGM; and prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events
2. prepare minutes of meeting for meetings chaired by department manager upon request and ensure that it is distributed accordingly after approved from department manager
3. Assistant to STGZ management office :Newsletter writing for internal & external; Organize internal event - annual meeting/family day/etc.
4. Travel organization for department and other VIP visitors: Book hotels, flights, transportations; do Reimbursement and prepare travel expense report
5. industrial and commercial registration of changes工商變更登記
6. enterprise annual report企業(yè)年檢
7. preparation of board meeting董事會
8. semi-annual report for JV office administrator meeting半年一次的中方股東辦公室主任會議
