RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform sample check of transactions by listening to the voice records for Investment, Insurance Orders and Credit Card Transactions;

- Perform daily and periodic review on the statement output for Banking, Bankcard and Ready Cash/Ready Credit accounts

- Perform daily and periodic review of investment account documentation signed by the customers

- Record and report all exceptions to respective parties & departments and follow up response on rectification actions of the exception items.

- Prepare detailed and summary reports for all the sample items and exception items

- Provide administrative and operational support to relevant department, which includes HK Compliance, HK Card TM team, Branch, Loan, etc.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- College graduate or above;

- Good team player, hardworking and detail-oriented;

- Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English;

- Basic computer skills;

- Willing to overtime and shift duty including holidays.

- Customer service experience, bank and credit card knowledge is preferable.
