Scope:

1.Responsible for leading a team of engineering technicians to develop & carry out maintenance for state of the art manufacturing equipment, to define & maintain efficient manufacturing process to produce products that meet Jabil's customer requirements.

2.Consistently investigate all facets of process variation of optimizing the production line efficiency. Such as line layout, workplace layout and process flow.

3.Monitor line efficiency to ensure compliance with quote targets for machine output and labor requirements.

4.Develops models of alternate processing methods to test feasibility of new applications of system components, and recommends implementation of improved procedures.

5.Generate of engineering documents. Eg VA, WI, ECN etc..

Expectations:

1.Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing / Industrial Automation and or Electronics Engineering

2.Minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume, automated and technological manufacturing assemblies or in a similar capacity

3.Able to read and write business English

4.Proactive, good responsibility, team work and cross functions collaboration 

5.Good trouble shooting and problem-solving ability

6.Knowledge in CAD, MS Office, able to read and understand drawings

7.Willing to work OT or / and night shift or any special arrangement if necessary
