職責描述：
1、負責接收和整理客戶變更要求的訂單以及相關文件；
2、負責對項目提出的變更需求進行完整性和規(guī)范性檢查；
3、負責組織工程變更評審會，推動ECR的評審和ECN會簽工作；
4、負責跟進變更系統(tǒng)內(nèi)訂單直至關閉；
5、負責對內(nèi)對外的變更管理報告。

經(jīng)驗：
熟悉變更過程中各業(yè)務部門的工作職責。

技能：
能使用英語進行工作日常的郵件溝通和交流。

能力：
1、良好的邏輯思維能力；
2、良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
3、工作認真嚴謹，責任心強，具有團隊協(xié)作精神，有一定的抗壓能力。

Recruitment information for QA ECN Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving and sorting out change orders and related documents for customer change requirements;
2. Responsible for completeness and normative inspection of the change requirements proposed by the project;
3. Responsible for organizing ECN review meetings and promoting ECR review process and ECN Countersignature work;
4. Responsible for follow-up ECN within the system until it is closed;
5. Responsible for internal and external ECN tracking reports with team.

 

Experience:
Familiar with the job responsibilities of each department during the change process.

Skills:
Good English communication skill at reading and writing, able to use English for daily email communication at work.

Ability:
1. Good logical thinking ability;
2. Good communication and coordination skills;
3. Serious and rigorous for work, have strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and a certain degree of stress resistance.
