JOB SUMMARY

1. Lead and guide the IE section in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm,striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. Be creative and proactive and also focus on continuous improvement.
2. Assists the IE manager in the management and direction setting for the Company's IE group including setting priorities, coordinating, and the reporting of group activities.
3. Provides senior technical leadership to the IE group including being conversant with the future direction of JABIL systems, how that direction will impact the company, and how future and current systems can be exploited for the benefit of the company. Given the high level of technical leadership provided by the IE Manager of systems, the assistant IE manager will also serve as a source of documentation and standards to help direct the activities of IE as a whole.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To assist IE Manager in leading the IE group towards achieving the departmental IE objectives and maintain a high-caliber staff appropriate to business circumstances.
2. Assist IE Manager to make department/WC blueprint plan, Major task define,KPI define, to make sure the progress of major project implement smoothly.
3. Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media.
4. Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Industrial Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies. Provide the appropriate level of feedback,support and coaching.
5. To assist the IE Manager in leading IE groups in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment optimization.
6. To plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in plant wide realization.
7. Ensure automation/FOF progress, introduce & implement smoothly.
