Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or above major in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design.

機(jī)械工程或機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷.

• At least 3 years working experience in mechanical design, and mechanical analysis abilities, finite element analysis is preferred. and consolidate it into the design

三年以上機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)崗位工作經(jīng)歷,具備結(jié)構(gòu)分析能力,有相關(guān)有限元分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并能應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，例如靜態(tài)及振動分析

• 熟練相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)軟件，如AutoCAD, Creo, Ansys

Familiar with related design software ,such as AutoCAD, Creo, Ansys

• 了解質(zhì)量管理工具及APQP

know the quality management and APQP tools.

• 英語讀寫流利

Skilled English in oral and written is preferred

Your Responsibilities:

• 利用西門子能源技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和設(shè)計(jì)程序, 提供滿足客戶要求的經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的報(bào)價(jià)/訂單計(jì)算方案  

Apply Siemens Energy technical standards and software, provide economical and reliable solutions in accordance with customer's requirement and corresponding standards  

• 電力變壓器設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，并為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支持

Power Transformer Design, provide the technical support for business development

• 根據(jù)訂單計(jì)算的工作指導(dǎo)書規(guī)定的流程和方法，與總部技術(shù)中心合作完成滿足客戶合同要求的經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案

Provide economical and reliable solutions under support of HQ in accordance with customer's requirement and corresponding standards, following the work instruction ; Check order design of other engineers.

• 參加合同評審，組織內(nèi)部的設(shè)計(jì)評審（QG），參加器身評審；參與解決生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)過程中可能出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,必要時(shí)尋求總部技術(shù)中心的幫助

Participate contract review, Active part review; Organize electrical design review (QG); participate to solve problems in manufacturing process and test failure

  廣州西門子變壓器有限公司于1997年11月03日在廣州市工商行政管理局蘿崗分局登記成立。法定代表人蔡瑞雄，公司經(jīng)營范圍包括變壓器、整流器和電感器制造；工程技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)等。廣州西門子變壓器有限公司(STGZ)是西門子輸配電集團(tuán)和廣州機(jī)電集團(tuán)的合資企業(yè)。公司所有的產(chǎn)品：最高電壓達(dá)500KV的電力變壓器以及2500KVA及以下的油浸式配電變壓器，均按照伊林的技術(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)、制造，并持有“伊林”品牌。廣州西門子的設(shè)立也是西門子全球化和當(dāng)?shù)鼗瘧?zhàn)略的一個(gè)組成部分。 廣州西門子座落在廣州經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)的東區(qū)，占地面積65,000平方米，可年產(chǎn)15,000MVA的變壓器。公司地理位置優(yōu)越，便捷的交通可在2公里內(nèi)通達(dá)鐵路、高速公路和城市快速干線，距離黃埔港僅不到10公里。公司采用了90年代末期的現(xiàn)代技術(shù)制造最高質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的變壓器。 2005年，公司成功生產(chǎn)并交付了首批500KV變壓器，其中包括2臺370MVA叁相發(fā)電升壓變和一組總?cè)萘繛?/span>3X750MVA的單相自耦變壓器，使公司成為可生產(chǎn)最高電壓等級變壓器供應(yīng)商行列中的一員。同時(shí)也標(biāo)志著廣州伊林成為國內(nèi)唯一一個(gè)可以從同一個(gè)廠區(qū)供應(yīng)高達(dá)500KV直至配電變壓器的合資企業(yè)。
