職責：1.參與大型電子商務(wù)平臺的開發(fā)構(gòu)建

3.參與負責對項目管理和協(xié)調(diào)
3. Be responsible for the project management and coordination
4.參與負責大型微博、B2B、B2C、C2C、購物搜索、即時通訊等交互產(chǎn)品開發(fā)
4. To responsible for interactive product development of the large micro-blog, B2B, B2C, C2C, shopping search, instant messaging and so on.
5.參與負責跨平臺電子商務(wù)技術(shù)方向研究和規(guī)劃
5. Be responsible for cross platform e-commerce technology research and planning.
任職條件：1. 本科及以上學歷，計算機專業(yè)或信息技術(shù)專業(yè)；擁有3年以上規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗，能根據(jù)市場變化準確把握新的技術(shù)方向；
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or information technology; has more than 3 years of planning experience, can accurately grasp the direction of new technology according to changes in the market;
2. JAVA經(jīng)驗、熟悉大型網(wǎng)站各平臺系統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展及Web2.0業(yè)務(wù)有較深的理解；
2) JAVA experience, familiar with and have deep understanding in the Internet technology development and Web2.0 business large website each platform system
3. 有很強的團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，思維清晰，判斷準確，有決斷能力,責任心強；
3)Have a very strong team leadership ability, clear thinking, accurate judgement,decision ability, strong sense of responsibility;
4. 熟悉目前主流的大型數(shù)據(jù)庫、體系架構(gòu)和開發(fā)工具，能把握技術(shù)發(fā)展方向
4)Familiar with large database, the current mainstream architecture and development tools, be able to grasp the direction of technology development
5. 負責管理技術(shù)工作，負責技術(shù)層面工作的整體運營，制定技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略和計劃，并負責全面實施；
5) Be responsible for the management of technical work, responsible for the whole operation technology, make technical strategy and plan, and is responsible for the overall implementation;
6. 設(shè)定合理的技術(shù)部門結(jié)構(gòu)，負責前后臺的技術(shù)開發(fā)、維護工作，保證公司技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品及解決方案的市場領(lǐng)先性
6)To responsible for front-end & back-end technology development and maintenance job, To ensure our e-commerce technology products and solutions to market leading
7. 制定工作指標及實施計劃，并定期向上級匯報工作進展并提供相應(yīng)的電子商務(wù)合理化建議；
7) To identify job KPI and provide some suggestions of e-commerce to the supervisor regularly;
8. 及時了解行業(yè)內(nèi)最新技術(shù)及其發(fā)展方向，不斷完善技術(shù)支持體系，不斷推動產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和流程的優(yōu)化，持續(xù)提升公司整體的技術(shù)能力；
8) Understanding of the updatest technology in the industry and development direction, constantly improve the technical support system, and push innovation and process, promote technical ability of the whole company;
9. 設(shè)計、指導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)模塊，并對系統(tǒng)安全性、穩(wěn)定性負責；指導(dǎo)并且參與核心代碼的書寫，并對開發(fā)過程進行把關(guān)；
9) Design and guide key technical module and responsible for system security.To control develop process and review coding.
10. 帶領(lǐng)技術(shù)團隊構(gòu)架、研發(fā)、設(shè)計，測試等，并培養(yǎng)電子商務(wù)核心技術(shù)人員。
10)To lead technical structure establish, technology development and test, to help on train e-commerce technical team.
11. 精通電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站和社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)的各類技術(shù)開發(fā)架構(gòu)；
11)Proficient in e-commerce websites and social network related technology development framework;
12. 具備扎實的IT相關(guān)專業(yè)知識，具有撰寫規(guī)范技術(shù)文檔和手冊能力；
12)Have IT professional knowledge and standard documentation ability.
13. 熟悉項目管理、軟件工程、CMMI、IPD等管理技術(shù)；
13)Familiar with Project Manager, software engineer, CMMI and so on.
14. 對項目需求分析、架構(gòu)設(shè)計、技術(shù)選型、模塊開發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)庫和服務(wù)器安裝、調(diào)試、平臺部署、安全策略、運行管理等有相對完整的知識結(jié)構(gòu)和工作背景；
14) Have relatively complete knowledge structure and working background of architecture design, technology selection, module design, database and server installation, commissioning, platform deployment,security strategy, operation and management;
15. 具有大型知名互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)技術(shù)總監(jiān)級經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
15)Have large director level well-known Internet companies is preferred.
16. 參與過日訪問量過億的大型平臺級電商系統(tǒng)的核心技術(shù)搭建者優(yōu)先。
16) To participate in the traffic of 100 million core technology of large platform business system is preferred.
