Responsibilities:
1. Manage overall sales activities for major accounts/customers within the product range of Personal Care
2.Implement a winning account development strategy based on understanding of the customer profiles to drive profitable growth and achieve sales target
3.Promote customer awareness and drive excellence in customer relationships
4.Understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and analyze information and prioritize opportunities critical to an account. Establish and maintain strategic partnership with high value customers.
5.Ensure all the issues and requests of the customers are responded and solved in a timely manner.
6.Work with cross functional team to develop new products/applications.
7.Communicate with cross functional team on the marketing trends and forecast of relevant industries in respective region.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related science degree,.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in Personal Care or Daily Chemicals industries, 3 years with a multinational company;
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4.Ability to perform under stress
