? Handle customer write-in inquiries on credit card and banking product features and benefits, marketing programs, fee and charges, account information and relevant operational processes, etc.

Requirements:
? College graduate with at least 1 year relevant working experience in banking or finance industry;
大專及以上畢業(yè)，至少1年銀行或金融行業(yè)相關工作經(jīng)驗；
? Good command of written English/Chinese;
良好的英文及中文書寫能力；
? Fluent in spoken English/Cantonese/Putonghua;
能流利地說普通話/粵語/英語；
? Good interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in correspondence or customer service sector is a plus;
有良好的人際溝通技巧。有相關工作經(jīng)驗者為佳；
? Good problem and complaint handling skills;
有良好的處理問題和投訴的技巧；
? Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated;
有良好的團隊合作精神，工作勤奮，能自我激勵；
? Willing to work overtime/ alternate shift duty including Public Holiday, Saturday & Sunday;
愿意加班，且能在公共假期或周六/周日輪班；
? Good typing and computer skills.
有良好的打字和電腦技能。
