崗位職責:

? Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives.
? Designing the system functional solution and providing its delivery cost.
? Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specification, system testing plan and User manual, etc.
? Support the communication within business parties and development team.
? Work with System analyst to support User acceptance testing.
? Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change.
? Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.
? Conduct system demonstration while needed.

? University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
? Minimum 6 years IT working experience, at least 2 years supervisory experience
? Good command of English both in oral and written
? Effective communication skills
? Knowledge in task management skill
? Knowledge in broad technical platforms/areas preferred
? Attainment of objectives and adherence to both deadlines and procedures of work
? Full technical capability in responsible area
? Skilled at JAVA J2EE, HTML, SQL programming.
? Familiar with web service related skill, such as SOAP, RESTful, and JSON.
? Strong technical knowledge of Linux, shell, WebLogic
? Skilled at WebSphere application server programming.
? Skilled at WebSphere application server configuration, deployment, optimization
? Problem solving skill
? Effective communication skill
