任職要求：

1.7+ years’ experience in Java;

2.3+ years J2EE/J2SE experience, familiar with SpringMVC, Spring Security;

3.2+ years’ software architect to design and develop enterprise web system.

4.2+ years’ RESTful interface design and development;

5.3+ years WebSphere WAS/Tomcat and etc. experience;

6.3+ years’ database and SQL experience (e.g. DB2, Oracle and etc.);

7.2+ years of working experience on web front-end development with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery and etc.;

8.Familiar with Java Unit Test;

9.Familiar with common software architecture models and a variety of algorithms and data structures e.g. multithreading, network programming (Socket, http/web service) and etc.;

10.Proficient in Internet related applications such as Web Browsers (e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and Web Servers (e.g. IIS, Apache, Tomcat, IHS);

11.Reasonable Object Orientated Design and development skills;

12.Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development;

13.Desire to learn new technologies;

14.Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;

15.Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;

16.Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English (Plus);

17.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;

18.Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment;

19.It’s a plus if the candidate has insurance knowledge;
