1. Participate in new product design & development process especially in tooling support working with PDD & Global R&DE.

2. Develop cost estimates of new product tooling and prepares tooling evaluation, schedules and activities for management review.

3. Perform and/or coordinate tooling design, manufacturing, start up and debug with vendors, in order to meet quality requirements and to ensure new product development on target timeline as well as cost budget.

4. Prepare or work out tooling and equipment manufacturing contracts with coordination of Global tooling and Quality teams to support six sigma initiatives.

5. Explore new technology, new materials and manufacturing process on Product Development including external tooling vendors in Asia region in order to provide technical expertise in razor manufacturing process.

6. Participate in tooling supplier souring projects and seek for the lower cost tooling building opportunities.

7. Prepare and update all manufacturing procedures, including tooling design, molding, and vendor sourcing and/or controls.

8. Carry out routine maintenance and necessary support on mass production tooling to satisfy customer needs.

9. Carry out other related duties.
