You will take charge of:
- Communicating with HKBN VIP or foreign customers in Cantonese / English
- Providing technical support for broadband internet, home telephone, IDD, TV, Mobile Services etc. based on the customer’s account status.
- One-stop handling of inquiries and complaints
Join us if you have:
- College degree or above
- English CET4 or above, good customer service concept preferred
- Good English skill in reading and writing
- Fluent Cantonese
- One-year experience or above in customer service
- Qualities of diligence, aggressiveness, self-discipline, and team work spirit
