Main Responsibilities:

The applicant will be integrated into a laboratory team devoted to formulation and technical assistance, especially for sealant, being his (her) duty to service the additive organization geographical needs, by:

• Doing lab tests to support local business development;

• Coordinate with Europe for new products/application tests

• Some customer visits to understand the market and support the technical service

1. Establish, implement and maintaining highest standard of Technical Service(additives)/Application department system and effectiveness such as to ensure competence technical service to customers

2. Establish some technical information for process or formula to promote additives for local customers

3. Report about the analysis and evaluation works done

4. Participate in the elaboration of the technical documentation and the technical data bases

5. Some customer visits to support the team and understand deeply the market information and technical requirements.

6. Attending customers technical demands via usual communication resources (Phone, e-mail, fax), lecturing in promotional seminars

7. Maintain documentation and record according to ISO9000 request.

8. Ensure work safety and tidiness according to EHS policy

9. Good housekeeping

10. Reports any EHS findings.

11. Fulfill the other task assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1. Major in chemistry, bachelor degree.
2. More than 3 year’s relevant working experience of sealants industry,
3. familiar with hybrid, epoxy sealant will be preferred
4. Diligent, highly responsible and self-motivated
5. Good team member with ability to communicate effectively
6. Reasonable good in reading, speaking and writing English,
7. Familiar with Micro soft (Excel, Word, etc.)
