2. Ensure the weekly delivery promise is reasonable and achievable by coordinating production capacity and material supply status.

4. Analyze market demand trends and monitor the inventory level according to the change of sales trends, then communicate to all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of market requirement.

5. Control the item change version to minimize the write off inventory on the obsolete and slow moving items.

6. Understand production constraints in terms of capacity and material supplies and discuss with customers for best solution. Then, arrange replenishment schedules accordingly.

7. Ensure data accuracy in the computer systems.

8. Total customer satisfaction in the areas of delivery, shipment scheduling and problems resolving.
