職責(zé)描述：

? Financial Accounting and Reporting

Assist with the provision of timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for responsible legal entities in accordance with local GAAP and US GAAP

Assist in the development of working capital & legal forecasts, statutory accounts and management reporting

? Internal Controls

Ensure internal controls are robust to enable timely detection of fraud and errors

Mitigate the risk of fraud and errors to ensure the integrity and timeliness of Financial Accounting information

? Point of contact with internal and external organizations

Collaborate with various internal groups including: Operational Controllership, International Tax, other affiliates Finance and Controllership.

Collaborate closely with the local external professional advisors

Manage escalations from in market outsourcing partners for accounts payable and T&E

? Compliance

Ensure that all supported legal entities comply with all external and internal requirements

? Balance Sheet Management

Assist in ensuring that adequate processes, controls and reports are in place to enable the business to manage Controllable Working Capital

Ensure all balance sheets accurately reflect each legal entities assets and liabilities, and all balances can be properly supported

? Processes and Systems

Assist in developing processes, initiating and reviewing existing systems, tools to ensure internal controls are effective.

Ensure the integrity of financial information, and that services provided to the business are efficient and cost effective

? Audit, Statutory and Taxation

Assist in the management of the Annual Audit process to ensure efficient and timely filing of all statutory reporting obligations

? Outsourcing

Coordinate with outsourcers who provide AP and T&E services according to Service Level Agreement.

任職要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting or equivalent.

2.  Good command of both spoken and written English. Good command of Cantonese is preferred.

3. Good accounting sense and be keen on process and logic.

4. Excellent computer skills particular in MS Office.

5. Good communication skill and be able to work independently.

6.  5 years or above of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in GL.

7. With qualified accounting certifications.
