Principal Responsibilities

1. To deal with bankers in bank related things. Familiar with foreign exchange policy on money receive/payment from(to) oversea.

2. To maintain the petty cash according to the company procedure.

3. To issue and dispatch the cheque/TT according to the company procedure.

4. To input all vouchers to SAP & i-Scala.

5. To file and keep the manufacturing vouchers & export invoices.

6. To assistant in tax realted things.

7. To manage the stationery purchasing and deal with miscellaneous thing for the department.

8. Ad hoc assignment from Supervisor

  舒適刀片廣州廠大約有1000名員工，主要從事高增值自動化生產和區(qū)內供應商的生產物流管理，向市場供應高品質的個人護理產品。
